How do I set up IPTV on a MAG box?
MAG boxes connect through a Stalker Portal rather than an app, so setup is different from Firestick or Android. In System Settings, go to Servers → Stalker Portal, name the portal, and enter your Vivimate portal URL — a different credential from Xtream Codes, sent separately via WhatsApp. Save the settings, reboot the MAG box, and your full channel list loads automatically on the home screen. This works across all Infomir models, including MAG250, MAG254, MAG322, and MAG520; some providers also require your device's MAC address to activate it.

Try a factory reset: Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset, then re-enter the portal URL.
